Managing Students
How to add, view, and manage your students.
Adding a Student
- Go to Students → click Add Student.
- Fill in the form:

| Flat Monthly Fee | No | Overrides per-subject fees with a single fee |
- Click Save.
- Hit your plan's student limit? You'll see an upgrade prompt.
Viewing Students
The Student Table shows:
- Name (clickable to view full profile)
- Student ID
- Parent Contact
- Status (Active / Inactive)
- Portal access status
- Monthly Fee
- Actions dropdown
Student Profile Page
Click a student's name to see:
- Contact Info -- parent details, email, phone
- Attendance Summary -- total present / late / absent
- Invoices Summary -- total paid / pending / overdue
- Enrolled Subjects -- list of subjects with fees
- Recent Attendance -- last 20 attendance records
From the profile you can:
- Enrol / unenrol in subjects
- Activate or deactivate the student
- Enable or disable the parent portal
- Delete the student
Parent Portal
Each student gets a unique portal link (created automatically). Parents use it to view invoices and payment history. You can:
- Copy the link from the student table
- Reset it (generates a new link; the old one stops working)
- Disable it entirely
