Getting Started

Sign in, set up your centre, invite staff, and use the dashboard.

Getting Started

Everything you need to start running your tuition centre.


Signing In

  1. Go to your centre's sign-in page.
  2. Click Continue with Google (only Google sign-in is supported).
  3. First time? You'll choose to either:
    • Create a tuition centre -- give it a name and a web address (e.g. bright-minds).
    • Join an existing centre -- your centre admin invited you. Check your email.

First-Time Setup

After creating your centre:

  1. Pick a plan (Free or a paid plan).
  2. If you choose Free, you'll land on your dashboard straight away.
  3. If you choose a paid plan, you'll be redirected to complete payment.

Inviting Staff

Go to Staff → Invite Staff. Enter their email and pick their role (Manager, Tutor, or Clerk). They'll get an invitation link to join.

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard shows a snapshot of your centre:

  • Total Students -- how many students you have
  • Active Classes -- class slots running right now
  • Attendance Today -- attendance marked for today
  • Pending Fees -- unpaid invoices
  • Recent Students -- the 5 most recently added students
  • Billing & Revenue -- your most recent invoices

Subscription Banner

A banner at the top keeps you informed about:

  • Upgrade prompts (if you're on the Free plan)
  • Renewal reminders (14 days before your plan expires)
  • Past-due alerts

Your Data is Safe

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your data is never deleted. All your students, classes, invoices, and attendance records stay right where they are. You just won't be able to add new records beyond the free limits until you renew. See the Policies page for details.
